The Story
After more than 30 years as an educator, counselor, administrator, coach, and parent advocate, Bronwyn Bergen recognized a challenge that extended far beyond the classroom.
Children didn't simply need more information—they needed the adults in their lives to speak the same language of confidence, resilience, emotional intelligence, and leadership.
That realization inspired the creation of the STARS Method®—a practical, strengths-based framework that equips educators, coaches, youth leaders, and families with the tools to intentionally develop the whole child.
Today, the STARS Method® is helping schools, nonprofits, and youth-serving organizations create cultures where every child is empowered to discover their strengths, overcome challenges, and build the confidence to succeed in school and in life.
